Our buildings are built to the latest International Residential Codes (IRC). These are the highest standards of building practices for framing, wiring, plumbing, and energy! A modular home is required to be secured to a permanent foundation, so just like a stick-built home all banks can lend on our product.

We currently deliver cabins and homes throughout Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, and Utah.

Design + Buildling Process

It takes our crew between 5 and 6 weeks to complete our portion of in-shop construction. From there, it is ready to be delivered, craned onto your foundation and finished out by our install crew. Once the cabin is set, our crew is onsite 3-5 days finishing the building.

In order to secure a build slot, we require a $10,000 down payment. That would secure your build slot in line and prevents your timeline from being pushed out. This down payment would go toward your total purchase.

We have a variety of floor plans to choose from ranging anywhere from 640 – 1680 square feet. You do have the option to make some modifications to the floor plans.

Yes! All of our buildings are permitted and inspected by the state before they leave our facility.

Everything we build is built in our climate-controlled shop and shipped to your site. You would be responsible for all site prep and foundation work. We provide a full set of plans for your contractor to work off of. Garages would need to be done by your onsite contractor.

Service + Warranty

We agree to repair or replace, at Riversides discretion any part of your home needing repair made necessary from a defect in material or workmanship by the manufacturer. We offer a 2 year limited warranty for the building only, from the floor joists to ridge cap.

It is likely that during transport spots in the drywall may crack. This is only cosmetic and does not affect the structural integrity. As part of your warranty, Riverside Cabins will repair any cracking after the cabin is delivered and installed.
